July 6, 2025 ⚠️

Our connections between phones and servers are unable to authenticate themselves

• July 6, 2025 2:08 PM (CDT) Issue identified in server security module preventing some phones from connecting
• July 7, 2025 8:00 AM (CDT) All access has been restored

April 17, 2025 ⚠️

We had a few instances where our services were returning 500 errors because of too many connections to our database

• April 18, 2025 3:18 PM (CDT): Issue resolved by adding a database proxy and other infrastructure upgrades

All services have been resolved and long-term fixes are being deployed.

April 8, 2025 ⚠️

We experienced unexpected load on our AWS infrastructure that is causing some requests to timeout, which degraded many of our services.

Issue: We had an inefficient coroutine that was bogging down our servers

Resolution: We optimized the inefficient code, segmented off micro services, and upgraded our infrastructure to support long-running tasks without interrupting other requests.
