Currently, Allthenticate offers an integration for Redpoint HQ. This will import new users that belong to a target segment, automatically perform a check-in for imported users, and remove them when they no longer have access to the gym.

1. Initial Setup

Your segment should look something like this. In this screenshot, the existing facility names have been covered.

2. Required Information

Segment ID

In the segment you just created, copy and note the segment id. You can find it in the URL while viewing a segment.

When viewing the segment in the web UI, your segment id would appear in the highlighted area. It will be an 8 digit number.

Note About Segment IDs

If you received the target segment ID in an email from Redpoint HQ staff, it may be as an ID composed of alphabetic characters. It would look something like this: Q3VzdG9tZXJTZWdtZW50OjEyMzQ1.

Please base64 decode this value, then extract the numbers after the colon. You can use any base64 decoder found online. This will be your segment ID. For example, Q3VzdG9tZXJTZWdtZW50OjEyMzQ1 will yield CustomerSegment:12345 after base64 decoding. Your segment ID would be 12345.
